Project Coordinator QMS

Your responsibilities

Main purpose of the role:
Professionally support and coordinate the project QMS quality and vigilance agreement operations and provide all administrative tasks associated.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preparation of all agreements.
• Communicate and facilitate with all stakeholders for QA/V agreements
• Provide administrative support for this projects and mailings.
• Organize meetings to complete final signature and documents.
• Creating professional, business correspondence
• Provide actions plan and follow-ups
• QMS documentation support.

Your Profile

Minimum:
• 2-year degree/Associates degree or combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• 2 years' experience providing administrative assistant support
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and document scanning
• Ability to work with different internal and external customers in a professional manner
• Comfortable working and interfacing with senior management
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively translate ideas, concepts and information
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to work both as a part of a team and independently with high degree of accuracy and without immediate and constant supervision.
• Ability to anticipate and coordinate multiple projects and assignments in order to meet deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility with regard to projects and changing priorities.

Preferred:
• Experience in multicultural and internal environment
• 4 + years' experience as an administrative assistant in Quality environment, for Pharma, Medical device or Clinical.

Other:
Project coordinator is expected to be aware of business activities and events as they relate to the office. Employee should have the ability to multi task on a daily basis and work with interruption.
