Key Account Manager IVD

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the key point of contact for all IVD customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
• Negotiate and close agreements with a distinguished group of pathology customers
• Represent the company towards the pathologist community in France and Germany
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Collaborate with customer service, technical support, marketing and the sales teams to optimize key account experience
• Build productive relationships with our partner

Profile:

• University level education, preferably in life sciences
• At least 5 years sales/key account experience selling IVD solution into (pathology) labs
• Outstanding stake holder management, negotiation and influencing skill
• A good understanding of what is required to develop and maintain the most valuable customer relationships
• Proven experience in commercial processes
• Proven leadership capabilities in a matrix and international environment
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Driven and self-motivated personality
• Fluent English speaker + solid French and/or German language skills required
