Spring Professional is looking for an Administrative Business Partner who will be supporting the team's business operations and activities that keep the team moving forward. You will have lots of energy, a can-do attitude and a keen interest to grow your career in supporting and enabling others. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 7 months.

Administrative Business Partner (m/w) - 100% Zürich

Your challenges

  • Perform an array of administrative tasks that includes calendar management, book extensive travel, book facilities and equipment, manage meeting agendas and process and approve expense reports
  • Act as a focal point of contact for the wider team.
  • Internal event planning which requires management of team calendar and aliases, coordination with facilities, catering, Purchase Order creation and expensing, management or approvals and contracts.
  • Partner with other team members on business-related projects.
  • Ad Hoc support in close collaboration with the team during busy periods.


Your skills

  • BS degree or relevant proven practical experience.
  • Experience in providing business support.
  • Experience with high-volume travel scheduling and booking, budgeting, leading projects and taking meeting minutes.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to improve processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience of providing high-quality professional administrative support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality regarding all business matters.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities/tasks.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
