On behalf of our client, a pharmaceutical company in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (80-100%). This challenging position is in a very fast moving and innovative environment and offers great development perspectives to responsible and ambitioned professionals.

Your challenges

• Provide administrative and advisory services and practices to employees
• Proactively support globalization projects
• Optimization of all HR related business processes
• Implementation of HR policies including advising and coaching of line managers in the activities of management and staff
• Assistance to senior business leaders in developing plans for performance improvements
• Support of HR Projects (SuccessFactors)
• Deliver coaching and training programs in areas relating to HR policies, practices
• Internal recruitment processes including on- and offboarding as well as being in touch with agencies
• Point of contact for governmental institutions

Your skills

• Commercial education or equivalent
• Further education either HR assistant or HR Fachausweis
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as HR Generalist / Specialist, preferably in an international environment
• Knowledge of Swiss Labor Law
• Recruitment and talent attraction experience
• HR operational background
• Experience in working on HR projects
• Full working proficiency in German and English
• Proactive and self-responsible work ethics
• Positive and communicative personality
