Your challenges

• Managing meetings, planning and organizing client visits with multiple stakeholders from across the world
· Make international travel arrangements and manage expense reports
· Create memos and documents with complex formatting in Word
· Create and maintain Excel tables
· Manage correspondence and administration support
· Own matters of a routine nature to conserve management's time, such as reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
· Involvement and coordination of special projects
· Coordinate and facilitate the approval, signing and filing of invoices
· Distribute incoming mail and maintain office supply materials
· Serve back-up to other Executive Assistant and Reception

Your skills

• Higher education in Business Administration or similar
· Several years of working experience in a similar function in a international enviroment
· Strong Microsoft Office sills, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Flexible and able to adapt to different priorities
· Excellent written and verbal language skills both in English and German is a Must
· High level of professionalism
· Excellent organizational skills
· Proactive personality service and solution-oriented
