For our client, a globally operating and market-leading pharma company, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager (m/f).

IT Project Manager (m/f) – 100% – Zug Area

Your challenges

The experienced resource will be collaborating with several Project Leaders and the Program Leader assuming delegated tasks from them. Project Manager in "Remote Solutions" program will be responsible for the projects set up, as well as the project planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closure.


Furthermore, you will:
  • Support for the preparation of the consolidated project status reports
  • Manage project information to support project teams, management, and decision making
  • Handle Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes)
  • Guide, manage and track preparation for project milestone reviews
  • Create and maintain integrated project -, resource- and budget plans


You will be also responsible for the following tasks:
  • Tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines, and budgets for all projects and functions within an area or program
  • Definition and implementation of harmonized, measures and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • In the absence of the Project Leader, able to run project team meetings


Your skills

  • Degree in the field of engineering, natural sciences or comparable vocational training or further education
  • Several years of project management experience preferably in pharma diagnostic Environment
  • Prior project management experience in SW development environment would be a valuable asset
  • Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Strong organizational, methodological and communication skills
  • Full proficiency in English, German will be an asset
