Product Manager

Your challenges

  • Define and communicate marketing strategies for new and existing products
  • Train the sales force, visiting pharmacies and healthcare professionals. Fulfil sales persons' needs, challenge them continuously while working hand in hand with them.
  • Market and competitive analysis, identifying growth opportunities and threats
  • Ensure optimal execution of the regional strategies at a local level and the efficacy of the local initiatives
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives and by planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Manage meetings and congresses by assembling and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists or invitations and preparing artwork for booth, etc.
  • Update the marketing department's documentation and databases and upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites
  • Responsible for the marketing activities related to advertising, web site management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media activities, marketing automation software, trade shows, user groups, email campaigns and Request for Information (RFI) management
  • Implements and monitors systems and metrics to reflect brand performance, tactics and channel effectiveness
  • Scans and screens the market place to ensure the product meets unmet customer demands and key stakeholders realize the economic and value proposition.
  • Analyses information gathered to identify opportunities and risks within current plans to enable early insights and development of corrective measures.

Your skills

  • Scientific Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in product and/or services marketing in Healthcare industry
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage existing brands and/or development and implementation of brand strategies for new products
  • Experience in sales and marketing, working with and developing customer relations
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
  • Effective project management skills
  • A positive outlook and collaborative mind-set, working effectively with sales, marketing, and analytics resources to develop solution-oriented programs
