The Solution Sales Representative will promote and lead sales activities to enhance total account sales revenue in the French part of Switzerland. The Software Solutions Sales Representative will learn the products and serve as an SAAS expert. The expectation of this role is to develop and drive supporting a total solution-based sales approach as part of any offering.

Solution Sales Representative - French Speaking - 100%

Your challenges

• Proactively identify opportunities with external clients, document their current process to develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, networking events;
• Manage and grow document management and business process automation solutions within existing client base.
• Partner with all sales channels in the pre-sales process to position document management and business process software solutions services by understanding the customer's mission critical requirements, to foster a convincing solution to meet business needs.
• Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers. Discovery is designed to uncover technical and marketing requirements to be addressed in sales presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare custom prospect/client solutions to be presented on a provided laptop.
• Serve as the technical expert during the sales cycle.
• Own and deliver roll-out of new offerings and services to new and existing accounts through sales team meetings
• As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of sales strategies and technical approaches, plans. Ensure prospect/client satisfaction with all project deliverables.

In addition, the Solution Sales Representative will:
• Meet or exceed quarterly Management set individual objectives and revenue targets.
• Up to fifty (50%) percent travel required (mostly in Switzerland)

Your skills

• French Mother tongue, English Fluent, German is a plus
• Hunter attitude and "can do" mentality
• Understanding of Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology or equivalent work experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in software sales, consulting, pre-sales consulting or product management
• Excellent client-facing skills and experience in dealing with client and technical teams as well as experience in presenting to C-level Executives
• Proven interpersonal skills particularly in the area of client management and business to business sales
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn the relevance and potential impact of emerging technology improvements and communicate these to non-technical people in a concise and convincing manner.
• Strong work plan and self-development skills
• Knowledge of distributed computing and SaaS concepts
