ApplyPhysical Logistics Business Analyst
Your challenges
- Perform functional assessment of gaps between old and new version of the ERP system. Decide and document functional scope in the Business Blueprint.
- Contribute to the validation (CSV) of the IT systems in the process areas pertaining to Physical Logistics in SC&P.
- Build and review delta training documentation prepared by the SC&P team (Note: delta refers to additional functionality available in the new version of the current ERP application). Provide training support as needed.
- Test the upgraded ERP system (Infor M3) before delivering it to the end users.
- Ensure alignment between the following program and the SC&P global function and ensure appropriate communication of the planned changes to the production sites and affiliates.
- Work closely with technical experts (system, interfaces, applications) involved in the following program.
- Work as one team with all following program team members ensuring one voice in all communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Your skills
- 3-5 years experience in Physical Logistics / Materials Handling in the context of ERP system implementation or upgrade.
- Managed and implemented projects for the optimization of processes within Supply Chain
- Experience with cross-functional projects involving Finance, Supply Chain, - Manufacturing and Quality in a multinational environment
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry; experience in Computer System Validation or GxP requirements is an asset
- Deep understanding of the Supply Chain processes and how they integrate with other business streams in an international environment, operating in complex business models (e.g. Principal / triangular ABC Supply Chain process).
- Prior ERP system experience required (preferably Infor M3)
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong process and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to drive processes and decisions to closure and being persistent in reaching the goals
- Project Management and Change Management
- Produce quality documentation of business processes and user requirements.
- Successfully completed Higher Education; preferably specialized in Supply Chain.
- Masters Degree is an asset.
- Fluent in English and French
