For our client, global biotechnology company, located in Zug area, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Requirements Engineer

Requirement Engineer

Your challenges

You will work with Inventory Solutions as a Requirements Manager/Engineer. Inventory Solutions is a cloud-based solution that our customers use to manage the material and consumable inventory in their laboratories. You will define, document and structure the software requirements into levels of different granularity down to the granularity that allows the software requirements to be implemented by software development. You will represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models, prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate. You will ensure that the software requirements are clear, complete, distinct and without contradictions. You will also ensure the vertical traceability from the product requirements down to the most detailed level of software requirements. You will cooperate with project requirement management and all stakeholders within the software project. You will support the Risks Management regarding criticality rating of requirements. You will input for improvement areas for the requirements management process.

Your skills

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Engineering background and Req. Engineering certificate
  • Analytical and methodical working style
  • Good team player
  • Willing to bring projects to a successful end
  • Open minded and communicative
  • Work independently, focused and highly motivated
  • HP-ALM
  • Experience working with Cloud based solutions is a plus
  • Proficient English
