SAP MDM Quality Assistant

Your challenges

  • Ensure all types of material master data management activities in SAP, including creation of ECR (Engineering Change Management) for BOM (Bill of Material) management of packaged products for manufacturing plants.
  • Ensure (backup) management (review, signature, archiving) and coordination of the receipt and the follow-up of the requests for creation and/or modification of packaging accessories for finished products, using existing technology (Global Master Packaging System – GMPS).
  • Management of material master data within master data management tool and ERP.
  • Ensuring coordination of all activities linked to artworks for finished goods are managed in the ERP according to Standards and systems.
  • Contribute to Quality SOPs and other QA documents related to scope of activities, etc.
  • Actively ensure that material master data and master packaging activities for all finished goods are performed according to quality standards and SOP.
  • Coordinate relationships with internal/external customers/stakeholders including CMOs to provide efficient follow-up of product related to deviations, change controls, investigations, incidents, planned deviations, complaints, etc.
  • Ensuring that necessary information is collected and transmitted to necessary CMO in order to allow them to correctly package finished products.
  • Actively contribute to simplification and streamlining of processes to remove unwanted roadblocks and support continuous quality improvements.
  • Respect HSE rules (particularly: respect of procedures, use individual protection equipment's, systematic use of security tools, identification of wastes).


Your skills

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs or equivalent working experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GMP and GDP environment.
  • Previous master data management experience in SAP.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).
  • Specific knowledge around SAP and GMPS is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate multifaceted projects and to meet/respect critical deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good meeting preparation and presentation skills.
  • Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and "can do"mentality.
  • Analytically minded, organized, structured and methodical problem solver.
  • Demonstrates proactivity and multi-tasking capacities.
  • Team player.
  • Demonstrates creativity/innovations and develops new solutions.
  • Languages: mandatory French (native / very good proficiency), English (very good proficiency).
