On behalf of our client, leader in its field, we are looking for a :

IT Service Desk Consultant

Your challenges

You provide 1st level support in a 24/7 shift model to customers.
You prioritize and dispatch incidents and requests.
You are in charge of troubleshooting and resolving incidents and applying corrective actions.
You escalate incidents and do the follow-up.

Your skills

  • Degree in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology
  • Customer and service oriented attitude
  • Fluency in French or German. Excellent command of English
