For an international company with its headquarter in Switzerland and offering an exciting and dynamic environment we are looking for an :

Head of Service Management IT

Your challenges

You manage the department of IT Business Partners / Service Managers. You are in charge of the relationship management with the Business as a first point of contact, but the external/internal IT vendors. You are responsible to plan and realize the IT projects. Your scope of actions covers the map of the Country Application and Infrastructure, and a part of your tasks is to manage a team. You will design and put in place the new processes and procedures.

Your skills

  • University degree (business or technical)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Management position (similar role)
  • Proven IT Project Management experience
  • Proven track record in identifying opportunities
  • Deliver innovative digital solutions
  • Vendor management
  • Excellent communication
  • People and Service oriented (SLA)
  • Major account or business relationship management experience
  • Experience in effectively presenting technical or complex information to Senior Management.
  • French C2, German B2 and English B2 are mandatory
