UX Research Assistant (m/w)

Spring Professional is looking for an experienced UX Research Assistant who will be supporting the UX research team with working on a new platform. You will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently on a variety of task. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Your challenges

  • Preparing user research activities.
  • Planning, observing and moderating usability testing sessions and interviews.
  • Administering questionnaires, surveys, and interviews.
  • Taking notes during user study sessions and summarize findings.
  • Make video highlights.
  • Analyzing qualitative data.
  • Creating reports.
  • Communicating findings from the study to the research lead.
  • Present research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations.
 

Your skills

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Experimental Psychology, Anthropology, Information Science, related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience preparing and conducting usability studies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; can present findings concisely and effectively.
  • Detail oriented and ability to work independently on a variety of tasks.
  • Excellent analytical ability, especially with regards to observation of user behavior.
  • Experience with the following is a plus: web technology and standards, business applications, online ads, retail.
